As of the date hereof, the Reporting Person may be deemed the beneficial owner of 849,893 shares of Common Stock. This amount includes 841,395 shares of Common Stock and 8,498 shares of Common Stock the
Reporting Person has the right to acquire within 60 days upon exercise of pre-funded warrants, at an exercise price of $0.0001 per share (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”), that the Reporting Person purchased pursuant to a securities purchase agreement
entered into with the Issuer on April 17, 2024 (the “Private Placement”).
This amount excludes Pre-Funded Warrants to purchase 191,778 shares of Common Stock because the Reporting Person elected to be subject to a 9.99% beneficial ownership limitation, pursuant to which the
Reporting Person shall not have the right to exercise any portion of the Pre-Funded Warrants to the extent that after giving effect to such exercise, the Reporting Person would beneficially own in excess of 9.99% of the shares of Common Stock
outstanding (the “Blocker”). As such, the Reporting Person may not exercise 191,778 of the Pre-Funded Warrants within 60 days.

The percentage set forth herein is calculated based on the sum of (i) 8,498,946 shares of Common Stock outstanding after giving effect to the Private Placement, based on information received from the
Issuer, and (ii) 8,498 shares of Common Stock the Reporting Person has the right to acquire within 60 days upon exercise of Pre-Funded Warrants, subject to the Blocker, which have been added to the shares of Common Stock outstanding in accordance
with Rule 13d-3(d)(1)(i) under the Act.
