Person. Dr. Rosenwald has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Reporting Person since July 2014 and has served as its Executive Chairman since October 2014.

Lindsay A. Rosenwald, M.D., has warrants, issued by the Reporting Person, exercisable for 500,000 shares of the Issuer’s common stock that are owned by the Reporting Person.
