This Amendment No. 4 to Schedule 13D (this "Amendment No. 4") amends and supplements the Statement on Schedule 13D originally filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 4, 2022 (the "Original Schedule 13D"), as amended by an amendment No. 1 on April 26, 2023 (the "Amendment No. 1"), an amendment No. 2 on April 28, 2023 (the "Amendment No. 2") and an amendment No. 3 on September 16, 2024 (the "Amendment No. 3" and, together with the Original Schedule 13D, the Amendment No. 1 and the Amendment No. 2, the "Statement") filed by JD.com, Inc.
