The percentage of class of securities beneficially owned by each Reporting Person is based on a total of 247,798,195 ordinary shares (being the sum of 105,111,496 Class A ordinary shares and 142,686,699 Class B ordinary shares) of the Issuer as of March 31, 2020, assuming conversion of all Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares, as reported in the Issuer’s 20-F filing filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2020.
