    As of June 27, 2017 MPJ Healthcare, LLC (“MPJ”) held in the aggregate 2,405,254 shares of Class A Common Stock (“Common Stock”) of Helius Medical Technologies, Inc. (the “Issuer”).
    Investment and voting decisions for the shares held by MPJ Healthcare, LLC are made by a board of three members (the “Board”), each holding one vote. The three board members are Philippe Deschamps, Jonathan Sackier and Montel Williams.

    The information contained on the cover pages to this Schedule 13G is incorporated herein by reference. The percentage amount is based on an aggregate of 95,887,913 shares of common stock outstanding as June 27, 2017 as reported to MPJ by the Issuer.
