The percentage reported does not reflect the ten for one voting power of the Class B Common Stock. The percent of class was calculated based on 149,039,165 shares of Class B Common Stock outstanding as of December 31, 2022, plus 53,623,846 shares of Class B Common Stock beneficially owned by the reporting person.
