As of December 31, 2022, each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed the beneficial owner of 5,175,688 Shares held for the account of Clearlake Capital Partners II, and Mr.
Feliciano may be deemed the beneficial owner of an additional 64,067 Shares underlying Restricted Stock Awards, which shares are held for the benefit of Clearlake Capital Partners II. As such, Mr. Feliciano may be deemed the beneficial owner of an
aggregate 5,239,755 Shares.
