Item 3 is amended and supplemented as follows:

On August 1, 2023, Pivotal and Pivotal II purchased an aggregate of 833,333 shares of Common Stock in connection with a secondary offering conducted by the Issuer for an aggregate purchase price of $3,999,998.

The percentage set forth in row 13 is based on 47,319,480 outstanding shares of Common Stock, as reported by the Issuer in its Prospectus Supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 28, 2023.

(c)	On August 1, 2023, Pivotal and Pivotal II purchased an aggregate of 833,333 shares of Common Stock in connection with a secondary offering conducted by the Issuer. The shares of Common Stock were purchased for $4.80 per share and an aggregate purchase price of $3,999,998.
