This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) amends the statement on Schedule 13G filed on February 14, 2020 (the “Original Schedule 13G” and the Original Schedule 13G as amended, the “Schedule 13G”), with respect to Ordinary Shares, no par value, which may be represented by American Depositary Shares of Jumia Technologies AG (the “Company”).
