The percentage of the Company’s outstanding Ordinary Shares owned by the Reporting Person is based on 18,065,778 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of December 31, 2019, assuming the exercise of options, exercisable within 60 days of December 31, 2019, by the Reporting Person.
