Each of the Reporting Individuals holds indirectly 50% of the outstanding equity interests of Qumra Capital GP GP and, therefore, they possess ultimate shared voting and investment authority with respect to all Class A ordinary shares of the Issuer that are beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons.
