Explanatory Note
The Statement on Schedule 13D originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on December 31, 2020 and amended by Amendment No. 1 filed May 21, 2021 and Amendment No. 2 filed December 14, 2021 (the “Statement”), and is hereby amended and supplemented by this Amendment No. 3 to Schedule 13D (the “Amendment”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Statement. Except as otherwise provided herein, each Item of the Statement remains unchanged.
Item 4. Purpose of Transaction
Item 4 of the Statement is hereby amended and supplemented by adding the following:
On December 23, 2021, RV exchanged 8,425,278 shares for interests in AFV Partners SPV-7 LLC representing an equal number of shares, in a private transaction.
