(b) | Sole Voting Power – 9,314,593 shares of common stock includes 6,013,160 shares issuable upon automatic conversion of the Issuer’s Series C Preferred Stock and 1,466,667 shares issuable upon automatic conversion of the Series D Preferred Stock upon the Issuer’s uplisting to the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 20, 2021; and 722,883 shares issuable upon exercise of Investor Warrants. |
