The entire interest in TECHWOLF LIMITED is held by a trust established by Mr. Peng Zhao as the settlor for the benefit of Mr. Zhao and his family. Each Class A ordinary share is entitled to one vote, and each Class B ordinary share is entitled to ten votes on any resolutions tabled at the Issuer’s general meeting, save for resolutions with respect to certain matters. Each Class B ordinary share is convertible into one Class A ordinary share. Class A ordinary shares are not convertible into Class B ordinary shares under any circumstances. The registered office address of TECHWOLF LIMITED is Start Chambers, Wickham’s Cay II, P.O. Box 2221, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
