Item 1. Security and Issuer:
This Schedule 13D relates to the shares of common stock of Treasure Global Inc (the “Issuer”). The principal executive offices of the Issuer are located at 276 5th Avenue Suite 704 #739 New York, NY 10001.
Item 2. Identity and Background:

On February 2, 2024, Chong Chan Teo purchased 1,170,000 shares of the Issuer’s common stock in the open market at a price per share equal to $0.0841, totaling $98,397, for his own investment. Mr. Teo has sole power to vote and dispose of the 1,170,000 shares.
