Ownership:
The information requested hereinafter is set forth in items 5 through 9 and 11 of the cover pages to this Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G. The ownership percentage is based upon a total of 7,368,613 shares of Common Stock outstanding as reported by the Issuer in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2022, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 2, 2022.
In connection with the dissolution of Plateplus, Inc., all shares previously reported by Plateplus, Inc. were transferred to Metal One Corporation prior to December 31, 2022. Plateplus, Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Metal One Corporation. Mitsubishi Corporation is the majority shareholder of Metal One Corporation and may be deemed to share voting and investment power with respect to all shares of Common Stock held by Metal One Corporation. Mitsubishi Corporation disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares of Common Stock except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. |
