Camac Partners, LLC is the investment manager of Fund. Camac Capital, LLC is the general partner of Fund, as well as the managing member of Camac Partners, LLC. Eric Shahinian is the manager of Camac Capital, LLC. ( 2 )These shares are held by Camac Fund II, LP ("Fund II"), who is a member of a "group" with the other Reporting Persons for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act. Camac Partners, LLC is the investment manager of Fund II. Camac Capital, LLC is the general partner of Fund II, as well as the managing member of Camac Partners, LLC. Eric Shahinian is the manager of Camac Capital, LLC.
