Remarks: Mr. Farkas is no longer serving as a director (Chairman) of Resource Real Estate, LLC, the investment adviser to the issuer, due to a corporate conversion from a corporation to a limited liability company that occurred on December 31, 2017. As a result, Mr. Farkas is no longer a reporting person subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in connection with his transactions in the securities of the issuer and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
